Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures for all services of the website (http://www.dy-al.com) operated by Daeyeoung Aluminum Co., Ltd. and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definition) 

Terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows.

①Member: An individual who has entered basic member information and has been granted an ID by signing a service use contract with the company
② ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the company for member identification and member service use
③Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect his/her confidentiality in communication
④ Termination: Termination of the use contract by the company or member

Article 3 (Disclosure, Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These terms and conditions are posted on the membership registration screen and the company may change the terms and conditions if there is a change in circumstances or an important business reason, and the changed terms and conditions will be announced through the notice.
② These Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions changed according to the circumstances of the company shall take effect upon disclosure to the user.

Article 4 (Rules other than the terms and conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions apply to the Telecommunications Framework Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communication Promotion Act, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc. Consumer Protection Act, etc.

Chapter 2: Contract of Use
Article 5 (Application for Use)

① The user can apply for use by agreeing to these terms and conditions and personal information protection policy in the membership registration guide, going through the registration procedure (filling out the registration application form in the company's prescribed form) and clicking the 'confirm' button.
② Applicants must use their real name and actual information, and can apply for one use per one date of birth.
③ Users who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service.

　
Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)
① The company approves the use of the service with the exception of paragraphs 2 and 3 for the application for use pursuant to Article 5.
② In the case of the followings, the company may withhold approval until the reason for the restriction is resolved.
   A. If there is no room for service-related facilities
   B. In case of technical difficulties
   Cl. If it is deemed necessary for other company circumstances
③ The company may not approve in the following cases.
   A. If you applied using someone else's name
   B. In case of application with false user information
   C. When an application is made for the purpose of disturbing the social well-being or good morals
   D. In case the application requirements set by the company are not met

Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties

Article 7 (Obligations of the company)

① The company has an obligation to operate the site stably and continuously.
② If the opinions or complaints raised by users are recognized as justifiable, the company must deal with them immediately. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the user must be notified of the reason and processing schedule through a notice or e-mail.
③ In the case of Paragraph 1, there is an exception in cases where there is a request from a related agency or the Information and Communication Ethics Committee or a warrant is presented for the purpose of investigation, or in accordance with other relevant laws and regulations.


Article 8 (Obligations of Users)

① Users must understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions, company notices, and site usage guidelines, and must not engage in other acts that interfere with the company's business.
② Users may not engage in any commercial activities using this site without prior approval from the company.
③ Users cannot copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained through this site, or provide it to others without the prior consent of the company.

Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services

Article 9 (Use of Service)

① Users use the site in compliance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
② Matters regarding the use of services not specified in these terms and conditions shall be determined by the company and posted on the 'Notice' or separately announced.

Article 10 (Provision of Information)

The company may provide information to members through e-mail or letter mail for various information deemed necessary by members while using the service.


Article 11 (Advertising)

① The company may post advertisements, etc. on the service screen, homepage, e-mail, etc. in relation to the operation of the service.
② The company is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of the member's participation in the advertiser's promotional activities posted on the site, or as a result of communication or transaction.

Article 12 (Restriction on Use of Service)

If the use and conduct of this site falls under each of the following clauses, the company may restrict the use of the user.

① In case of harming public order, good morals, or other social order
② When it is objectively recognized that it is for the purpose of a criminal act or is related to other criminal acts
③ In the event of damaging the reputation of others or significantly impairing the use of services by others
④ In case of continuous transmission of content or advertisement information that goes against the will of others
⑤ In case the sound operation of the service is hindered by hacking or the distribution of computer viruses
⑥ When it is judged that the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties are infringed or that the intellectual property right holder can claim infringement of the intellectual property rights
⑦ In case of stealing another person's ID or password
⑧ In case of violation of other relevant laws and regulations or if the company determines that it is inappropriate as a user


Article 13 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The company may suspend the provision of all or part of the service in any of the following cases:
① In case the service is suspended by the key telecommunication service provider or internet network operator as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
② If the service cannot be provided due to a power outage
③ In case of unavoidable circumstances due to facility relocation, repair or construction
④ When it is difficult to provide normal service due to service facility failure or excessive use of the service
⑤ In case of war, disaster, natural disaster, or a national emergency equivalent thereto occurs or is likely to occur


Article 14 (Post Management)

For the establishment of a sound communication culture and efficient site operation, the company may arbitrarily delete, move, or refuse registration when it is determined that the data posted or provided by the user falls under Article 12.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Use of Service)

Users shall not engage in sales activities of selling illegal products using the service, especially hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial activities through pornographic sites, or illegal provision of commercial S/W, except as specifically permitted by the company's authorized employees.

The company is not responsible for legal measures such as the results and losses of business activities that occurred in violation of this, and arrest by related agencies.

Chapter 5 (Order and Payment of Goods)


Article 16 (Payment Method)

'Members' can pay for goods sold by the 'company' using 'various card payment methods such as prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards'. In this case, the 'company' does not additionally collect any fees for the payment method of the user other than the goods. 

① The ‘company’ shall notify the user of receipt confirmation when there is a purchase request from the user. Information on order confirmation can be found on the bulletin board.

②  If there is a discrepancy in the expression of intention, the user may request the change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the receipt confirmation, and the ‘company’ shall process the request without delay if requested by the user before delivery.  However, if the payment has already been made, the ' Article 18 (Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy) shall be followed.

Article 17 (Delivery Policy)

① Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the supply period of the goods, the ‘company’ shall take necessary measures such as order production and packaging so that the goods can be delivered within 7 days from the date of payment by the user.

② For the goods purchased by the user, the ‘Company’ shall specify the delivery method, the person responsible for the delivery cost by means, and the delivery period for each means at the bottom of the web page where the user purchases the product. If the 'company' exceeds the agreed delivery period, it will compensate the user for damages. However, this is not the case if it is proved that there is no intentional negligence of the ‘company’.

Article 18 (Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy)


If the goods, etc. requested by the user cannot be delivered or provided due to sold-out reasons, the ‘company’ shall notify the user of the reason without delay, and if the payment for the goods, etc. is received in advance, refund or take necessary measures within three business days from the date of receipt of the payment.

① If the user cancels the payment before the goods are sent, the ‘company’ cancels the order and cancels the credit card payment approval.

② Payment cannot be canceled after the goods have been dispatched. However, in the case of damage or deterioration of goods due to the negligence of the ‘company’, the ‘company’ shall take measures to return, refund, and exchange the purchase amount to the user.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous

Article 19 (Indemnification and Compensation for Damages)

① If the service cannot be provided due to a natural disaster or force majeure equivalent thereto, the company's responsibility for providing the service is exempted.
② The company shall not bear any responsibility for the results arising from the mutual transaction relationship between users or between users and third parties.

③ The company does not take any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, etc. of facts with respect to the information, data, content, etc. posted by the user on the bulletin board, and the user must use this site at his/her own responsibility.
④ The user is responsible for any damage to the data posted or transmitted by the user, or any disadvantage in relation to the selection of data or other free service use.
⑤ The user is responsible for the management of the ID and password and for any damage caused by the user's negligence or illegal use by a third party.
⑥ In the event that damage occurs to the company due to the user's violation of the provisions of these terms and conditions, the user who violates these terms and conditions shall compensate the company for all damages and indemnify the company from the damage.


Article 20 (Consent to Provision and Use of Personal Credit Information)

Personal credit information acquired by the company in connection with membership must obtain the consent of the user when providing and utilizing it to others pursuant to Article 23 of the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information. 
The user's consent is considered to agree to use the credit information of the user who has joined the company as a member to provide credit information agencies, credit information providers, and other users to determine the user's credit or to use it as policy data in public institutions.

Article 21 (Settlement of Disputes)

① The company and the user shall make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes related to the use of this site.

③  Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to the dispute, the lawsuit shall be deemed to be under the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's head office.
